THE REVEALING OF GOD | WITH KAYA COCOE (BEFORE NIGHT THOUGHTS SERIES)
THE REVEALING OF GOD
There are those that can see and then those who know what has been revealed.
What I am about to tell you will indeed shock you because it is something that has been before your face and you have not seen it. How does something so obvious go unnoticed? You are dangerous to the darkness, the shadows...the obscured, simply dangerous in all respects.
You don't realize how is it possible to keep going this way? It is not in your own strength but the strength of God. I want to disclose this to you: God and you are the majority rule. What God says goes and if he has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light (see 1 Peter 2:9) then you are about to be a force to be wrecking with.
Seemingly, we think that we are alone in this battle, but we are not and we must remember this battle is not ours. The battle is the Lord's (see Chronicles 20:15).
Once you become still and know that God is who he says he is then you will see the revealing of God's nature. God isn't trying to hide from you. In fact, he wants to see you face to face. This calling on your life is the revealing, for you are the one God is calling higher.
Think for a moment, you are not behind, but right where you need to be...this is the dangerous part.
You are strategically place where you are for your purpose.
We might have it wrong here, what if you were where you are because of the calling and not the other way around. What if you were exactly where you are because the demand of you is high? Be careful, don't lose sight of the One calling you. God is the One.
Don't you remember how he was there for you in the darkest hour, the midnight? Do you recall him even once? The meal, the waking up, the air that you are now breathing...he is a good God, faithful to the end. Realize, the revealing of God is tuning into the inner self where God resides. For in the earthen vessels is the treasure. (see 2 Corinthians 4:7) We have the Holy Spirit; we are not doing this alone. Jesus said that he will go and prepare a place for us and while, yet he is preparing he gave us a Comforter, a Counselor, the Holy Spirit.
He is what makes you vital.
He alone makes you a threat to darkness.
Don't underestimate the God who made you at his word.
