WHEN WISDOM MAKES YOU WEEP | WITH KAYA COCOE

WHEN WISDOM MAKES YOU WEEP WITH KAYA COCOE

You may think that weeping is for the weak but really for the wise.

The issues of life are often exposed through the heart. It is true that the little foxes spoil the vine. (Song of Solomon 2:15) It is that the little things in life often cause so much trouble. There are things in life that are to be spoken in the dark rather brought before a friend. One of those things are a dark night with God. Not everyone needs to understand where you stand in the midst of pain or rather the secrets of the heart. Some things are for God alone and not in the eyes of people.

This is a safe saying...we don't always need to tell of our troubles to place trust in others. You have to be careful in exposing the truths of the soul. In the vulnerable accesses of the soul, one can lose balance when telling another about their weeping.

Why am I mentioning this?

When I wrote, Weep...by the grace of God, using that which he had given me, I drive deep into my sorrows but not disclosing the reasons why. It was done because someone will resonate with the pain not because I disclosed it but rather told of the issues of why you shouldn't tell every detail of sadness.

You should reason with the fact that it is a true story for exposure of the seasons of sorrow. When trying to convey my emotions during that time, it was difficult to express without showing the necessary roots or causes of it.

There was a craft of words however given by God that made this process more fluid. It was taking a very heart aching event that compounded to words of wisdom on pages. It was the acuity that sorrows often come. It is that sorrows will come. We know, though...that isn't the end.

So, introducing to you the true account of pain is the only way one can resonate without knowing its source. Instead, fill in the blank, and fill it in with your own struggles, sadness, disappointment or pains. Rather you take the time to read, Weep, you will see yourself in the first page. How? How will you see yourself? Take it from me if you have wept. Ever. Weeping is not a reflex as if a response to pain but a sure sign that pain has made itself known. With that said, weeping is more words unsaid, a prayer to a God that weeps with you. It is another form entirely that communicates to the God who sees.
